Auro: A Monster-Bumping Adventure has come to itch.io!
Auro is a turn based tactical game like no other. The goal is to score a certain amount of points before you run out of health, and you get 4 random spells each round. Each time you win, you rank up. Can you reach Grandmaster rank?

Development on this game started back in 2011, and over the course of the next decade, the game got patch after patch, honing and improving it. What we have now is a really polished gem that I'm really proud of. This game was made with the now defunct Dinofarm Games, with the visual art being done all by Blake Reynolds. I did the game design and most of the music that's in this version of the game.
Putting the game up here on itch with a "pay what you want" thing, because I just really want the game to get out there more and be more widely available.

Sorry for the false alarm Mac enthusiasts, we weren't properly equipped to put out a mac version. We'll look into the process with all the signing and notarizing and what not, and see if we can get one too you all next weekend.
Okay I've reuploaded the mac version, it should be all signed and what not and will hopefully work for everyone. If not let me know and I'll take another look.
We have put a mac version up, but it is not tested yet, so let us know here or on the discord if there are any issues.
When I try to open it on my M1 I'm getting a "This App Cannot be Opened" error. I'm not seeing it blocked in the security in system settings, so it seems like it might be something else.

Apologies but I'm still seeing an error when I try to open.
The download link I have is for "Auro (macOS) 3.8a.zip" and when I unzip and try to open it I get "Auro is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash."
